The limited edition of the КОСМОС brand was named Marsohod II (Mars Rover), in honour of the vehicle capable of travelling on the surface of the red planet. The Mars rover is associated with brutality, craftsmanship and technical complexity. Our country launched such vehicles twice in the 1970s.  The design of of Marsohod watches is inspired by the best works and traditions of Soviet masters, it is based on modern watchmaking technologies and the charm of retro style.
The square-shaped case with rounded corners is made of polished and satanized stainless steel. The comfortable crown is in the form of a nut. The caseback is transparent, which is traditional for automatic watches. You can see the Miyota movement at work through a special window.Its moveable rotor not only allows you to wind up the spring mechanism with the usual hand movements, but also carries important information: 'Made in Russia'. It is decorated with an engraving of an astronaut. The caseback is fixed with four screws, providing increased water resistance of 10 atmospheres.The individual model number is indicated by numbers in the format 01/50 to 50/50. The case lugs are ergonomically shaped to lie comfortably on the wrist.
The voluminous green dial has two levels. In the centre of the first, three hands move, the hour and minute hands being luminescent. There are also three additional indicators: the day of the week, the month and the time in 24-hour format. The Cyrillic alphabet is used to indicate the day of the week and month. The date aperture between 4 and 5 o'clock is highlighted by an applied frame. The second level is decorated with sunray guilloche and has applied indices. The anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the dial and ensures easy readability in all conditions.
The watch strap is made of black genuine leather, the clip clasp is completed with the brand's logo.
